Weekend Recap

Hi friends,

I hope each of you had a nice weekend - I sure did!

On Saturday, we drove down to San Diego for the day, which was a 2 hour drive. We met some friends for an event at a park on the Balboa Peninsula and played for a few hours. The event had a clown who was doing face painting and baloons, as well as had an inflatable bounce house/slide. The kids had a great time and it was quite relaxing!

On Sunday, we went to church and then came home and got a few things done - my wife went to the grocery store and to the gym, and I watched the kids and washed the cars. We had a nice stuffed bell pepper dinner and took it easy the rest of Sunday evening.

Overall, a great weekend. Too bad tomorrow is Monday already!
