Never tried hemp oil, so that is a nice one to look out for salad dressings, we eat loads of salads during summer months.

Baked potatoe and sour cream, I enjoy a slither of butter or cheese for change in taste. Over here with outdoor braai's (BBQ) I boil large potatoes, leave them to cool. Scoop out the inside to mash with chopped mushroom, onion (veg of your taste). Spoon back into the skin of the potato and grate a light layer of cheese on top, pop into the oven to rewarm when ready to eat, when cheese has melted, ready to go onto the plate.

Fresh is best, supporting local farmers, really going back to basics of our days growing up, when there were no frozen vegetables, margarine or soda drinks like we have today.
