Garlic is a flavouring agent in foods. It is a powerful agent which is a boon for weight loss and detoxification of our body. According to researchers, garlic is a treasure not only of weight-loss but many health benefits too if integrated into a healthy balanced diet. The picture is not ended yet, there's more. This miraculous agent Garlic goes well with almost every dish, whether it is seafood or steak or almost all types of salads and breads.

There are some reports which tell that garlic is very helpful in keeping us healthy such as reducing unhealthy unwanted fats in the blood which helps in reducing cholesterol which as a result makes heart healthy. If we go through studies, we find that garlic is a proven remedy to lower blood sugar levels naturally. Garlic also helps in curing a large variety of ailments because of compounds present in it which carry medicinal properties in themselves.

Garlic is quite nutritious yet very low in calories. It is a rich in vitamin C, vitamin B6, manganese, fiber and other important nutrients which help in promoting health and aid weight-loss. This magical ingredient raises metabolism of the body which could result in reduction of unhealthy fat levels.

If we look at a study done in 2011, in The Journal of Nutrition we'll find that there's a connection between garlic and increased fat-burning. The study has shown that garlic also spark s the satiety hormone which acts wonderful in reducing the chances of overeating and lowers the cravings for unhealthy food.

You could use this healthy ingredient in your diets. You could Use a bit of minced garlic in your soups, tasty flavoured dishes or incorporate it with some fat-cutting foods. Let's look at some fat-burning recipes with garlic for your daily meals:-

•••Breakfast:-Add minced garlic in your scrambled egg or om elette you eat in your breakfast to cut your fat daily morning.

•••Lunch:-The taste of g arlic doubles with fried rice or any veggie of your choice cooked in a Pan. If you like, you could cook some cauliflower rice with onion and garlic. To enhance flavour, you can also add some frozen peas and carrots for a। healthy and mouth watering substitute of simple white rice. Add teriyaki sauce prepared at home and a little bit sesame oil.

•••Dinner:-Garlic and steak really complement each other by igniting your taste-buds.For high quality protein, you better go for lean cuts, round and top sirloin.
