Why WGTOW? What is WGTOW?

I would consider myself a WGTOW. I personally don’t think men are inferior, but I believe that within them there is a natural aggression and desire to exploit and oppress others, and often the victim of this aggression is female, and the exploitation or oppression is sexual in nature.

WGTOW is a practical way of life that seeks to protect women from the rape instinct inherent in men. WGTOW is achieved by avoiding men as much as is practicable (e.g. being polite to them at work but establishing clear boundaries e.g. never marry men). I am sure to escalate firmness as a male tries to increase intimacy, and I never date nor will I ever marry or have children. I do not want to be a slave because I value autonomy. I will never be financially dependent on a man.

Being a WGTOW is about acknowledging Schopenhauer’s Hedgehog dilemma, that humans cannot get too close to each other otherwise they will hurt each other just as hedgehogs will prick each other with their spikes as they get closer to each other.

The hedgehog’s dilemma, or sometimes the porcupine dilemma, is a metaphor about the challenges of human intimacy. It describes a situation in which a group of hedgehogs seek to move close to one another to share heat during cold weather. They must remain apart, however, as they cannot avoid hurting one another with their sharp spines. Though they all share the intention of a close reciprocal relationship, this may not occur, for reasons they cannot avoid.

Both Arthur Schopenhauer and Sigmund Freud have used this situation to describe what they feel is the state of the individual in relation to others in society. The hedgehog’s dilemma suggests that despite goodwill, human intimacy cannot occur without substantial mutual harm, and what results is cautious behavior and weak relationships. With the hedgehog’s dilemma, one is recommended to use moderation in affairs with others both because of self-interest, as well as out of consideration for others. The problem is that Hollywood and Disney propaganda delude young girls into thinking that the spikes on men don’t exist and as a result women don’t expose their own spikes for protection, so they go into relationships with complete vulnerability and trust. Then they are spiked by men. They are the victims of negging, dread game, domestic abuse, infidelity, revenge porn, etc.

What is great about online manospherean ideology is that male hatred is exposed for all to see. Anonymity is like a truth serum. When no one is watching, you are yourself. The truth comes out when you are not restrained by society.

This is why manospherean ideology must be archived, catalogued, and spread among fellow women so that they can see for themselves the true depravity of man. I encourage all women here to never marry, never have children, and encourage other women to do the same. Focus instead on financial independence through minimizing debt, living a minimalist lifestyle, and investing in a globally diversified investment portfolio.
