- Connecting people - Connections is one of the most important thing in steemit. Building up connection is not easy as adding and accepting followers. Connection is a relationship towards other writers and authors.You have to bargain your name, dont just write and post.You have to appreciate others work, making friends and be consistent.

- Innovation - You have to be more active of sharing your ideas to community. Share things that will help individuals to grow better whatever field they might have. In steemit, you are free to explore and share yout ideas to thousand of users.
