戒绝的理解和意义
今天用另一个方式来参与微印的家乡味。先给大家分享一下天主教徒的“戒绝”，虽然我本身非教徒，不过家里那一位旧情人是，为了尊重我也跟着戒绝了十几届。
每逢三月初或二月底就是基督耶稣进入旷野沙漠祈祷四十天开始，这一段时间耶稣昼夜祈祷以增加自己的信心，净化自己的肉身，因为四十天后就是耶稣的肉身将会被钉在十字架上。宗教上面的意义我就不跟大家分享了，大家有兴趣可以自行上网搜索。
今天说一下我自己本身已经养成了每逢到复活节之前的四十天都会自愿的跟着旧情人戒绝。戒绝什么呢？就是一些自己觉得很享受的事情。看过我博客的人都知道我喜欢吃炸鸡。公司对面就是肯德基，公司后面就是德克萨斯炸鸡，还有每逢星期五的烧肉面，这些都是我的最爱。作为一名骗天骗地，连自己都骗的写作人，我当然可以用其他食品来代替戒绝，比如我不喜欢吃菜，我倒是可以戒绝蔬菜呀😂 不过，那就失去了真正的戒绝意义了。今天宣布，迟了一天开始的戒绝运动，将陆地上的肉类全部戒绝，希望不要有任何差错。
给大家分享一下今早上的印度炒面。方便面和米粉一拼炒，然后方便面里面的调味包丢进去，吃起来又咸又不健康，加一粒煎蛋，吃进肚子里的感觉实在是让我第一天戒绝就已经想放弃的最大动力和藉口了。
然后喝了一口又甜又香滑的印度拉茶，心里面立刻爽了。喝饱吃醉后，现在坐着码这篇水文时突然想起，我应该戒绝的是那杯拉茶！啥不如意事，拉茶解决。下午没事干，拉茶。吃不饱还有空位，拉茶。拉茶已经成为我生活中的救生圈！
好吧。戒绝升级，陆地上的肉类全部戒绝，现在加一项，戒绝拉茶！

Oh it's abstain. A ritual stuff the Catholics do. Whilst I'm not a Catholic but I try my best to observe since ex-girlfriend is doing so. During this period, all meat produce from land will not be eaten by me. Let's go tuna 😂

Tronald Dump is indeed a fncked up president, but the same time he's also a brilliant businessman. I doubt that anyone with a good soul will be able to be a good president. There are just way too much "special arrangement" behind the whitehaus, where the president is just a puppet most if not all the time.
And, your president is a big fan of supreme leader? 😱 That will be a problem if he's looking forward to become like him! But if study how NK distribute land for food production and encourage of agricultural, that is the best thing one can do.
Having said that, we in Malaysia grow nice vegetable and export them, and we import rotten cabbage for our own consumption.😳

president moon is soooo fucked up he makes trump look like a genius. yes he literally tried to take out the word "freedom" from the constitution. he also tried to change it so that ALL PRIVATE LAND belongs to the government.
good thing that some people saw it as a red flag and protested hard.. otherwise i'd be publicly executed by now for saying this. but south korea is one step away from a total dictatorship.

原來天主教有這樣的一個傳統，基督教也會，會稱為「禁食」，禁食40天會是全禁食，即只喝水或流質食物 - 如粥。 但我個人覺得這不健康，反而會令家人擔心，若不明白，更會對宗教產生反感。
(我是 米高.... 不小心用了小號.... 不要緊吧)
另一種是半禁食，是禁戒一些喜歡食物，與拉仔分享的 戒絕意義相近。 戒絕一些自己喜愛的事情，當中為了專心一事。 我在八年前試過戒絕「可口可樂」，怎知完了那段時間，便不再對「可口可樂」具有喝求感。 「可口可樂」變成「可有可無」，現時一年少於十杯。

其实马拉同香港喞文化好接近喞。哩度都係英国殖民地，当年有大量阿叉，因为佢地识鬼话，所以由佢地入去政府部门冲鬼佬茶俾鬼佬饮。点知个死鬼佬瘌到条俐再倒泻迈杯茶重搞到咕咕烫伤，落命令叫啲阿叉以后冲茶加咗奶先，然后用两个杯互相倒出倒入俾佢凉啲好入口。
搞下搞下，鬼佬走咗喇。本地人就学到死鬼佬饮拉茶，同香港喞丝袜奶茶咁上下嘎。得闲黎马拉我请你饮🙂

不一定戒食而已，只要不影响自己的生存条件都可以戒。当然也有人禁欲😂不过我身为一名金鱼佬，怎么可能呀。会死的。
