We love spices, Malaysians love spices! And for Chinese community in Malaysia, this one is very essential for us eating with noodles.
René finally got the perfect adjustment to make pickled chili a delight.
Our daughter ever since suffered mouth ulcer she cannot enjoy much spices; but she can still eat this type.

We are so happy that she enjoys it, and we are so happy when René finally found chili available in our nearby Grocer during this godforsaken lock down.

If we can't go out to enjoy a bowl of noodles with enjoyable pickled chilies, then we make our own.

I myself not a big fan of jalapeno pepper. I only got to know it after 17, and now after more than 2 decades consuming it, I find it become a fixed material to go with one ton noodle 🙈 I just can't eat one ton noodle anymore if I'm out of Malaysia.
