White is White Challenge - Sunday Anything Goes - Big White Flower

For my entry today into the whiteiswhite challenge, I am sharing a photo of a flower that I took a couple of weeks ago while admiring the garden area of our house. We have several planters set up but the flowers are now starting to fall apart and wither due to the summer heat. Luckily I made the decision to take lots of pictures of these flowers while they were in their prime. This particular flower looks quite a bit like a white rose, but the texture of the petals is definitely different and this plant has no pesky thorns! This type of flower is probably quite popular at weddings - the shape of the petals looks quite a bit like the design of some wedding dresses, so I certainly wouldn't be surprised if this was a popular choice!
