Government elections always bring about a topic of discussion in regards to "vote-hacking" and "election-rigging". Are these events really happening? And to what degree?

In this edition, WikiTruth digs deeper into Election Fraud, and what it means for our freedom.

It is not impossible that, on June 7th, one of the parties in the upcoming election, or indeed the current government, actually did this. This is in a way reminiscent of the story that has gripped Venezuela, with protests taking place across the country following the announcement in 2007 of the election for Constituent Assembly (CEMICO), the successor to the National Constituent Assembly (CNE) that was elected under the previous government.

These protests erupted after the CNE announced its intent to reissue the Constituent Assembly without a quorum, without an election, thus removing the need to pass laws.

These protests erupted after the CNE announced its intent to reissue the Constituent Assembly without a quorum, without an election, thus removing the need to pass laws. Such changes to the electoral system that are so often considered in Venezuela, however, are highly irregular.

For example, in November 2014 the Socialist party (PSUV) in Paraguana announced it would hold a National General Election with the aim of forming the successor to the Constituent Assembly. The National General Election would take place on January 25, 2015. For weeks, millions of Venezuela citizens joined hundreds of marches around the country for this election. Many of those who expressed support and protested, for example, were former President Hugo Chรกvez and many others. The protests were violent against both PSUV and the new government of Chavez, who remained in office through the 2015 elections.

Government corruption, we believe, is near impossible to eradicate. True decentralized living is the only way to free ourselves of heavy-handed oversight. The future must be based upon a robust, decentralized, and fair model of governance.

Our vision for a more decentralized, fairer, and more inclusive economy is simple โ€“ people all over the world ought to be able to live with access to basic necessities whenever and wherever they please - without any constraints.

On June 24 and 25 2019, members of the bitcoin community from around the globe will participate in the world's biggest bitcoin innovation event โ€“ "The Future of Payment in Bitcoin: The Blockchain Revolution". In this event, bitcoin and blockchain researchers will discuss the potential of blockchain technology to transform the economy.

But, Steem has a number of advantages over Bitcoin. Faster transactions, fee-free, readable wallet addresses. Steem is the future.

For a better future, WikiTruth has chosen to fully embrace Steem with open arms.

We are WikiTruth.
We hereby declare to post information onto this immutable ledger with the sole intent to distribute, inform, and participate in the free exchange of knowledge.
We do not believe in "government-given" rights. We believe that the only thing a government can do with a person's rights, is take them away.

As a human, you are innately born with freedom. Any "rights" that are "granted" to you by the government, are merely those they have yet to stripe you off.
To put it bluntly: A GOVERNMENT CAN NOT GIVE RIGHTS, IT CAN ONLY TAKE THEM AWAY.

With that in mind, we will be using the Steem blockchain in order to release information that should be public and free.
