Windows 32-bit and 64-bit
32 or 64 bits is the size of the base data volume used by an operating system or a specific computer part. In this case, the most important unit is the CPU's base data unit.

The answer three months ago is confusing about how this has to do with RAM. Windows had to go to 64-bit, because a 32-bit record can only refer to 2 ^ 32 memory addresses and therefore cannot access up to 4 GB of RAM from the CPU.
You'll probably want to use more than 4 GB of RAM for today's inflated software. However, if it is more efficient than Windows 10, it will be possible to run the 64-bit operating system in 4 GB or less.

A 64-bit system will also be faster when processing large data segments. The only reason to use a 32-bit system today would be if you need to run an old 16-bit application. 32-bit Windows programs can run on 64-bit Windows systems, but 16-bit programs cannot run.
