How do you start your day?
I have started mine usually staring at the ceiling for a half hour, thinking about how amazing the day could be. I robotically get ready for the day as usual and dont do anything close to the amaing day in my head.
To start off my own personal growth, if even for 1 week I want to wake up and do 10 min of exercise instead of continuing to lay there.
