The next unfolding

I found this one in my unfolding...

After the third passing I decided to give up watching and un-entangle myself from the little drama unfolding of indecision that was taking place on the next storefront over where the pharmacy was selling out of prophylactics fast now that the booby tricks circus was in town.

All the strangers were leaving their dark corners to make a run for what they couldn’t leave alone, and although they were invisible in the shadows, in the bright sun they were stark against the backgrounds of their souls that kept pace with them in the silence of their screaming and the judgeless spaces of their dreams.

If you stay in one place for long enough the patterns merge into one after a while and the sense of rhythm changes into a long afternoon where the windows open up to let out the steam, and the cats sleep wherever they are found, and sometimes it’s endless and you can live or die a long time where that time finds you, until later when you discover that time is not real but is perhaps at best abstract, and the moments are only complimentary to your understanding at any one time and that something hugely bigger is reading you.

The little moments that make up time are all that separate us from eternity and the passing thoughts that make them.
Yes, sometimes it’s like this where the thoughts turn so fast you disappear for a moment like a small sea in the ocean with the waves lapping upon the shore substantially insubstantial to leave little in their passing but the poem in the making, and seeing my reflection everywhere I look... and there you are reading me, as a book of strings attached to my breathe in the net cast from long ago that you reel in day by day until that last sweetest moment comes and there is no more.

But if the legend comes to say: ‘Why stop here?’ and you see it, then perhaps what is seen as truth is only some part of the illusion that comes to break us open at the edges to let the light out a little bit so we can see that, and seeing it move on to the next unfolding.
