WisePass: the Blockchain Knows How to Have a Comfortable Rest

The project is based on the Singapore company WisePass Pte, which successfully cooperates with the representatives of hotels, restaurants and tourist escort services around the world. WisePass customers pay a small monthly commission to successfully spend time in different countries. Participation in the project gives the tourist the right to receive free drinks, main dishes, and desserts from the WisePass partners. The purpose of the platform is to provide private customers with a comfortable rest, and the business owners – with reliable reviews.

Excellent news for the investor - work on the MVP of the project has started in 2016, the company has an extensive client base and a partner network. The introduction of the blockchain is a way to attract new partners to an efficient architecture.

How Does the WisePass Platform Work and Who will Benefit From It?
Developers define the project as a lifestyle platform - a tool for a pleasant holiday on a foreign trip. The company entered the market in early 2016, the sale of the membership began in the summer of the same year. PASS tokens are used to pay monthly subscriptions to the service, the target audience of the project is divided into five groups of users.

1. Venues – are the representatives of the networks of hotels, restaurants, bars, fast food restaurants that cooperate with WisePass. This group of participants is interested in a steady stream of new customers, good reputation, as well as entering new markets. Free meals for the WisePass participating tourists are a new advertising method that works for a narrow segment of interested customers.

2. Brands - are representatives of global brands that work with WisePass to quickly reach new niches. The owners of brands conduct tastings, find out the opinion of the target audience before launching a new product. This approach is cheaper and more efficient than conducting "field" research.

3. Partners - are representatives of services and applications (for example, TripAdvisor) that work with different Venues without the commission fees. This approach provides the affiliate network with a stable income, WisePass receives a steadily growing audience of satisfied customers.

4. Shareholders - are the business owners in the HORECA segment (restaurants, hotels, food and beverage production) that build long-term partnerships with WisePass.

5. Consumers - are ordinary customers who visit new countries during the business trips or holidays. Unlike standard services, WisePass offers free (bonus) food or drinks in the best hotels, restaurants in each city. The Asian market is most developed, but the developers plan to work with Europe as well.

How will the WisePass ICO be Held and What will be With the Project in the Future?
Investors must pass the standard KYC procedure, as well as sign SAFT (Simple Agreement for Future Tokens), the investments are accepted in ETH, a minimum of 0.1 of the crypto coin. ICO is planned to be carried out in three stages: the Private Sale (180 million PASS tokens), the PreSale (6 million tokens, May 10 - June 10, 2018), the ICO (June 10 - August 10, 2018, 28 million units).

Most of the PASS (51.1%) will be reserved, 21.4% will be realized during the ICO, 20% will be transferred to the team of creators and project advisors, 7.5% will go to the advisors and Bounty participants.

The collected funds will cover the expenditure groups: 25% will be invested in marketing, 20% - in the technical improvement of the project, 16% will account for promotion costs, 14% - project administration, 10% go to the development and corporate sales fund, 5% will be legal and other expenses.
