Witness Update Report #12

Another smooth week for the witness server, all systems running without interruption or pause. No blocks missed and all transitions handled like it should be. Boring is a good thing for a witness. The price of Steem and SBD continues it’s downward trend, but there was some nice activity in the Steem markets yesterday. The tendency of most people is to slow their output when the payouts go down but trends would tell us it’s the perfect time to post with less competition. A great time to build your following and be prepared for the green market that’s coming!

Value of Time

One of the most important aspects of your life that should never be overlooked, is "your time". It is your investment asset, you are the one in charge of it, meaning you, and only you are to decide what is is worth and what you want to do with it. Time is very much like gold, it is a limited resource, because each of us only has a certain amount of time available, there you should value is as gold is valued.

One of the first aspect is to determine the value of your own time, which would mean you need to do a bit of self evaluation. What experiences do you have, what skills do you have or knowledge do you have, and then what is the value you place on those skills and experiences. You might be a great writer, musician or even a website developer, and you have spent years refining your craft, which is how you are able to increase your own value. Another very important part of determining your own value, is to understand and acknowledge the real world value of you skills or experience.

What a great week it has been so far in the ADSactly world, and our discord has be a buzz of late. Our endless hangouts have also been very well attended and we get to meet new people from all over the world, who have all been brought together thanks to the amazing Steemit community. We are still experimenting with which times work best for all the different time zones. We are very excited about our upcoming Adsactly Cash token, which is in the final stages of development, hopefully it will be completed within the next month.

We welcome you to join the society, meet and talk to people, make friends and establish relations with other ADSactly members. You will receive ADSactly community units just for showing up and taking part in our voice hangouts, for helping out with promotions, for helping new members feel welcomed, showing them around and helping them get familiar with the society, for finding new projects that might catch interest of other members. Sometimes even for being generally a good person willing to help others.
