Urgent Update for Stricter Warning: Witness Insight v1.0.4
Today there was a catastrophic error on Steem blockchain. Every full node and witness node had crashed all together and the entire block producing stopped for the unacceptable period.
Now the top 20 witnesses are fully on, and service is back to norm. However the quality of service and our reputation have been seriously damaged and we all have to do very hard work to get our reputation back. This is no-one's fault and we shouldn't blame anyone. Let's groom up hard and shine again.
Stricter Warning
Today I made a quick fix to Witness Insight tool to depict the current situation. I set the secure version threshold to 0.19.5 so that whoever running lower than that will have a warning sign. Warning is not stricter to stimulate the witnesses to manage their witness nodes and votes more carefully and frequently.

If everyone considered removing their vote from any witness who did not update their node by a certain date: that would probably get things moving FAST. @ironshield

Gregory Barker met Hilda Roche at a singles bar. A few weeks later, she was found murdered, shot execution-style near a school. Barker was arrested after the case aired on Unsolved Mysteries. He was convicted and sent to prison, where he died a few years ago. Now here's the strange part: when the case initially aired, Robert Stack mentioned that police suspected Barker was a serial killer, responsible for other murders. However, as far as I know, he was only convicted of Hilda's murder. What other cases may he be connected to
