Witness Update DragosRoua
Technical and Economical
- kept my witness node running smoothly, with no missed blocks
- kept my price feed bias, at 0% - SBD is trading at $0.99, basically holding the peg
- kept my SBD APR at 1% - in an attempt to maintain SBD to the peg
- kept the account registration fee at $1 (I use a script called steem witness toolbox, available for free on Github, for publishing the feed price and adjusting a few blockchain props)
- kept the block size at 65,536
Community
- updated steem.supply adding an extra notification for the JSEcoin script I'm testing, read the update here. The script was suddenly "discovered" by 2 steemians (although it was announced more than 2 months ago) and their posts generated a lot of FUD and spread a lot of misinformation, revealing, once again, the strong crab mentality which is still prevailing in this ecosystem.

Great work as usual mate. It's a pity the way the whole steem.supply debacle unfolded in a very confrontational way (and the completely unnecessary flag which just made things worse). Glad to see a resolution though, and that the devs have taken the experience as a learning experience and there has been an all-round improved notification. Good on you for taking the steps to improve what you could, and standing your ground against the crowd.
Thanks for your support and yes, the end result is that everybody has a better experience. Could this have been done in a less confrontational and aggressive way? Absolutely. But that's it. It is what it is. Just hope the people involved in this are realizing there are other ways to communicate too. Moving forward, anyway :)

i like to read you and your patience with me, it is all so new to me. I always no or understand that little bit more after reading.
