There are some witnesses that prefer to work "behind the scenes",

For witnesses that are not currently posting any reports, I would encourage you to provide the community with at least some insight into what you are currently working on :)

I’m really glad that you made note of these two essentials regarding the participation of witnesses.

One last thing, I’d like to stress to all Steemians the importance of voting for your 30 witnesses.

If you have a fellow Steemian whose work you value; and, they’re willing to sign on as a proxy, take a few seconds and sign them up to select your witnesses.

If you're new to the community, and would like to take a look at his work, I have @lexiconical as my proxy for Witness selection. Do your research; and, most importantly VOTE for the benefit of the community!
