Nice try, i choose a little Witness with my Vote and i stay for him alone. With some Mining experience a Steemian looks for Dezentralising. The most Top Withnesses get enough Votes in my view. There are a lot other Witnesses without this attention. Much later i be a Witness too. Everybody who can should be one.

You're right on the money with that. The more witnesses and full nodes there are, the more robust the Steem Blockchain is. The same principle applies to pretty much every good decentralized blockchains out there.
You have a good point too, most Steemians might feel overwhelmed to choose who to vote with their stake, to that we suggest them to choose someone they trust and elect them as witness proxy.
