Men tend to be more of the cutting edge techs, engineers and capitalists type of people. Of course there are women but as your stats show they are far and few in between. I welcome any that try and am glad that some stay in the crypto field. And I wish them the best as any other human.

I agree, as more non-technical roles come up I think we will see more females in the industry.

Just like most of STEM, just a reality and I dont see it as a problem that needs fixing.

Yes, I don't think it's a problem and for example Steemit can be the first step in blockchain for many women.
It's very easy to use and you can find here almost all the important life topics

Agreed, @Dan really made it seamless on the user interface while still including a blockchain. This has invited many people that are afraid of "blockchain" but want to at least try to get their feet wet. I think on Steemit we probably are close to 50/50 male / female which is great. But the rest of the blockchain and altcoin world is heavily dominated by men.
