Hello friend, @jassennessaj, I greet you from Venezuela, recently I joined Ulog in steemit, and there I see this participation in poetry, I wonder if it only applies to the Philippines or can people from the whole planet participate?
I think all can participate for as long as you follow the rules of the contest. =) there is an ongoing contest for english language category so i believe that you can participate.
