This is purely man's inhumanity to man. Thus situation is not just in Belarus, must can also be found in many parts of the world, Nigeria been one of them. Public schools here are in a dilapidated condition. It is rather unfortunate that the people who promised us heaven on earth! Wrote been elected and the same people given us hell on earth as against there promises.
