IT'S A TUESDAY APPETIZER TIME !!
Appetisers are like teasers to our stomach. Some comes in bit size that we can just take it and enjoy. Very common in cocktail parties.
Or not sometimes, a slight bigger for those who want to share. Here, I have what is best known as Fried Vietnamese Spring Roll. The filling is so compact with meat that one may consider it as a main meal if you take all 4 pieces.
In our case, we decided to share the 4 pieces so that we could order our individual main meals.
Doesn't this look like a exquisite and yet simple enough appetiser to serve in a cocktail party.

Ah...can't really hold the saliva looking at the delicious stuff...
Probably it's just me but I think having the sauce there makes the whole picture looks more delicious! I mean, how can one miss that out when eating spring rolls?
They use fish sauce in almost everything.
All home made in Vietnam.
