Why we need to empty out negativity

Negativity will only hold you down, it will make you feel inferior, resenting others and having bad feelings towards those that make it more than you do. Negativitiy will limit you, make you weak, less important or useful for yourself and the society you find yourself.

Though, life hold unto many negativity such as challenges, failures and obstacle could life their way in your life due to past experiences or what our parent have done but ability to empty out negativity, never give in to the temptation it incorporate, there is need for you to flush out negativity by not letting disappointment, failure impaired your future, the key is that you must not hold on to them by believing in divine God. We all have impurity, imperfection since we are in this wicked world but releasing the tousing of life will make us pure in spirit.

The powerful preaching Joel Osteem said, "it is easy to go through life holding unto things that weigh us down, guilt, resentment, doubt and worry. The problem is if we allow this thing in, they are taken space for the good thing that suppose to be there.

Let's imagine our life as a container, once it is preoccupied with these things, what percentage do you think will be available for one to think of positive things? Absolutely few space left. But I believe ,we are created to be feel with joy, peace, creativity and imagination, confidence and foresight; what will happen in couple years or even more. If all these aforementioned (negativity) are there, then, it will be easy for us to triumph in what we set our mind on to do. image

The reason why many may not enjoy life could be because they have occupied their container, mind, with many negative things which has remained turmoil. Like stress from work, worry bitterness, guilt, pass mistake and friends more beautiful or richers.
Joel Osteem backed it up with scripture saying that we should give no place to enemy, he is not talking about the force of darkness, but no place to worry and others negativity that our mind might have been filled with. We should try empty out negative emotion, we really need to make a choice like I need to project what I allow in me, a lot of things that are weighing us down. Like cinical neighbours, pressure from family and unpalatable experiences from co-workers.

We really need to be discipline, for we have been harmed, tormented once by these negativity that filled our heart. But given no space or making them sour our future is what we must do something about. We shouldn't dwell more on them, for they are past. We need to stop asking why but what and how I can move forward and pressed forward.

We have to remember that life is too short to go through it with negative things that won't propel us forward. We should not frown when our mate, neighbours, friends etc are rejoicing, we should celebrate with them and believe that God that answers their prayers never run out of favour to bless us.

The button line is that everything having our name written on it will never elude us. Which is why we really need to empty out negativity so that it won't sour our day or shorting our life.
