And for today's post...

I've got nothing. Honestly. This is just a s%*t post. And that's okay because sometimes those work out the best.

I've been busy trying to get my new writer website up and running and also researching buying a new (used) car. Fun stuff.

I still took time to write something on Steemit though, because I'm committed to making this a habit. One post per day, period, no matter what else is going on. I barely made it today, hopefully Steemit goes by Pacific Time, otherwise, it might be tomorrow already.

A Lesson in Steemit

I learned something about Steemit yesterday.

I ran out of Steem Power after upvoting a bunch of posts, posting to my blog, and posting some comments. This surprised me because I knew I had just earned a bunch of Steem Power last month by participating in a writing content where I got something like $14 worth of upvotes.

Then I went into my wallet. I discovered the Steem Power hadn't been added to my balance, it was just sitting there, wherever it goes when you earn it.

So I added it to my account and now I have twice the SP that I used to. Moving on up in the community!

It's also taken a long time to get my reputation to 51, which is pretty good but I'm hoping to increase that soon.
