Boys are on the way with the wooden cart to carry water jerry cans from the upland stream down to the handful of houses because many of communities are living in the country side and out of the main street. So they should take a walk to reach elsewhere as needed.

Last 12 May 2018, Timor-Leste faced again the second anticipated election for the eigth national government. So, there are no any government projects holding to assist its people.

In reality clean water, sanitation, good road, eletricity power supply are still lack for the people who live in the rural areas around East Timor. So people hope that soon the new government can organize its programs to help them as they wish for better life, future and prosperity.

Majority people of Timor-Leste are living on farming in the ricd fields, garden and keeping animals for sustaining lives, supporting the education of the children and attending their own daily life of families. So education and training also are very important to be implemented better so as to imrpove their skills and knowledge to live out from the poverty.
