According to many health experts Brain, bad habits that we often do it can be bad without we realize especially to the brain. Although many people are not aware of things like this, but it would be better we avoid one by one problem, than we have problems in brain organs. Here are some things that you usually do and potentially make the brain quickly damaged.

  1. Often skip breakfast

Usually people prefer to avoid breakfast when they run a diet program. Did you know, the various adverse effects that can arise if leaving breakfast there are various, one of which is a lack of nutrients needed by the brain for the purposes of its performance.

  1. Too much sleep

In general, adult humans have normal sleep hours between 6-7 hours each day. Well .. for that for someone who previously used to sleeping with time exceeds the threshold, then the risk of damage can occur in the brain. Which makes it hard to concentrate on the task being done.

  1. Forcing the brain to work when ill

Each person must have experienced psychological pressure when his health condition decreased. Someone who is sick, will think 5X heavier than people who have normal body health.

  1. Too much silence

Many people say, silence is not worth it. But sometimes there are some people who are experiencing anxiety, they are more likely to remain silent. So sometimes the anxiety is turned into an emotional that can trigger brain damage.
