Waking into Anger...

I woke up fucking angry and that anger lives in my intestines and ties knots.
I was overheated and my dreams reflected my discomfort.
I don't want to describe it as much as I want to scream until I'm trembling on the floor.
Waking up with that urge is unsettling.

My first moments of being awake I felt ready to attack. I want to sink my teeth into the perpetrators. I want to see Him bleed like She bleeds...like I bleed-- like I and I bleed. Tell me who is We? We moon people. We earth beings. Star dust.

I will not separate myself from this. I will not say "I am not Him" I know that I am you and also me.
I am bird and tree and root and seed waiting to be freed.

Confined by ego... let All Pass Through and find the center...

My anger is valid and ferociously beautiful.
I know that I can make shape to my world when I embrace this fire.
I know that destruction is the soul's redemption.

Anger burns us up into the ether and sadness flows our water selves back to earth.

My body turns my essences into compost every day. May I one day shit roses without thorns.
May we all find peace. May we all have ease.
