Expectations in Life

Sometimes in life,when we have high hopes, high expectations. Then suddenly we got our own self disappointed at the end, when things doesn't seems to turned out the way it is. Isn't it?
I guess many of us are facing this in some part of our daily life.

That's why some always said, don't expect anything or too much so that you won't feel disappointed at the end.

But well well, in human nature expectations always comes naturally right, doesn't it? Even without realising it.
I won't believe if you say you don't have any expectations at all in life because if you really don't have one then i guess you're souless or numb? Or maybe just living life like that without any feelings.

Even without it you will get disappointed too but i guess not that much rather than if you have put high expectations to it.

So what will you do with it if you faced it?
Continue to deal with it or leave it unresolved or solved it and moved on?

A big question i always asked myself and remind myself about it but well i believed everything happens for a reason in life.

It's either just a lesson or it's still just the wrong timing.
