This is great information! So many people listen with the intent to respond and not the intent to truly listen. I’ve seen conversations between people where someone was trying to get their point across but the other person was constantly interrupting and you could see the frustration and defeat in the others face. Effective communication is so important, I hope it’s not a lost art in this world of constant technology and instant gratification. Great advice here!
