RE: #SharkSchool Lesson 2: Develop A Taste For Other People's Blood

in #writing6 years ago

I love Vietnam. I was in Vietnam. We can do what we want to do. But others can also do what they want to do. Love the photos. Can I call you Kha? Some may not like it if you ask for upvotes and followers. People will tell you should / could / can NOT do that. They say you cannot ask for upvotes. They say you cannot ask them to follow you. They are wrong. But they are simply trying to tell you to conform to their rules. They can upvote you. They can downvote you. There is that risk.

The style of unrelated commenting you are engaged in is considered spam. Spam diminishes the overall quality and authenticity of the steem platform.

For more information:

You are unrelated. That is too bad. You are promoting opinions protected by the first American Amendment. But you are attacking my own second amendment right by alleging that I am being unrelated and you have a right to that opinion but I disagree with your opinion which is my right as well.

You are correct. It is your second amendment right. And it is also considered spam. The two are not mutually exclusive. On this platform, if you'd like to learn how to make comments that are effective and contribute to the community and growth of the platform, please take a look at the links I have provided.

If you are not interested in improving your comments, that is also an option. It is definitely within your right to continue to spam. Just be advised, spam is generally not welcome.

Your definition of spam is your religion. You believe so strongly in your opinion that you are closed minded to a possibility that you could be wrong. But in your mind, the definition of SPAM is already defined by social construct that is isolated from objectivity which may be found in Christianity especially. And that is beyond whether or not you are religious or not in any way. Reality is out there. People are not perfect and that means our understanding of right and wrong is flawed only as much as we are flawed as humans as seen through anthropology and you can look at that and study that. You are stating certain rules that are opinions.

Steemit is all about capitalism. We post and we curate. We do those things. And people can always consider this one thing as spam or this other thing as spam. What is spam for me may not be spam for you. And what is spam for you may not be spam for me. That is true but you seem to be arguing against that possibility of subjectivity and relativity which you seem to be promoting which is a slippery slope, possible, towards other things. Some people agree with you with your definition of spam and other things. Some people disagree with you. But it seems that you might be telling people who disagree with you on what is spam is wrong. They are wrong it seems according to what some may say. But markets can determine things too. Think about supply and demand. If people do not like me, they can dislike me. That is how you determine what is spam and what is not spam here. In capitalism, you can boycott stuff you do not like. And in Steemit. You can ignore things and spam. And you can dislike or downvote and flag spam or whatever you do not like nor whatever. That is how we determine spam here. That is how we determine the market and everything in a voting way. A subjective way. You seem to maybe be ignoring my opinion on what is spam. You seem to be stating that the definition of spam is not an opinion but set in stone already in an objective way even as it was written from a subjective perspective maybe probably to some extent at least hehe and I am the Original Oatmeal.
