Laws and social agreements

There is a tendency to recognize as a scientific or natural law, some opinions or considerations that, although plausible, due to their form and planter, are only opinions, subjective considerations of social connection that can be represented by the number of followers, at most, social agreements but never have the status of a law at the level of what happens in the scientific-natural environment.

For example, when Marxism is spoken from the left, and the idea is postulated that all the historical evolution of humanity obeys a "historical law", of a social nature, which holds that the evolution of society, and inequalities that it presents, it is only understood from the class struggle which will end with the creation of a new egalitarian class, in all orders, we are in the presence not of a law but of a personal approach assumed by many followers, who they transform into an agreement, but never into a law. *** Marx *** postulated that a classless society must be formed *** that will reign on the earth and will last in time, thus ending the class struggle and social inequalities.

A second example may be the case of considering, from the far right extreme, as a law *** biological *** naturalism Nazis. Nazism as a "law" postulates the belief of a superior white race, the aria for nineteenth-century Germans, that biologically better endowed, in all orders, should reign over any other type of social collective to direct the destiny of humanity .

These two approaches are just two small examples of personal considerations and elaborations, which the historicists have called "Great Ideas" spoken by "Great Men" and highlighted as laws, when they have truly been agreements that have become followers and fanatics, they have marginalized and handicapped the individual capacities of the social subject, which has been rendered invisible, and nullified itself, as a potential builder of society.

Thus, the tendency to assume the explanation of the historical-social evolution of humanity from the foundation of currents such as those exposed, the Marxism or Nazism, can be harmful to society itself because it leaves the performance of the individual, in social development, as a simple object that moves only by the impulse that those pseudo-laws provide, that is, the subject as an individual entity is a simple spectator of reality because that is invariant because it is subject to what the "social law" would have already predicted, or determined for her.

We must bear in mind, already to conclude that a law, in its true meaning, is a postulate linked to a natural event that, due to its regularity and consistency over time, receives an explanation and principles that define it and that can be anticipated in function of some other phenomena foreseen in the law itself.

The knowledge and the distinction between a natural law and a social agreement, can be the initial condition to reach a truly free society and construction of reality.
