Ahmad Syech Albar a.k.a Bing Slamet. Was Indonesian legendary entertainer. He is a singer, song writer,actor, and comedian. He acted in more than 20 movies. Three of his songs were chosen by Rolling Stones Indonesia as Indonesian best songs of all the time. He was so inspired by legendary entertainer; Bing Crosby, that's why he honoured Crosby by putting "Bing" in front of "Slamet", his nickname. He is the father of Indonesian comedian; Adi Bing Slamet. His death shook Indonesian entertainment industry,and inspired his friend Titiek Puspa to create a legendary song; "Bing". His funeral was attended by thousands of people who stands in 4 kilometers lenght queue line, just to give him their respect.
