I look forward to your translations. In regards to "functions of the state", I encourage you to look into why external government is illegitimate. There are great educational resources on this subject in the #anarchy tag here on steemit.
The following happens in Venezuela these are the three main functions, from there the others that apply here are derived, that is a form of summary that I did to then explain in more depth after sending to investigate the students.
