Currently word processing software includes microsoft word one of the programs. Through this, word processing is done. That is, the program that works in a beautiful presentation of wards is Microsoft Word. Different software has been created for various purposes. It is not possible to do that work with another program that requires a specific program. For writing beautifully, Microsoft Word program is a minimalist program that can not be written properly on other programs. On the other hand, the calculation by Microsoft Excel can not be as much as possible by another program.
Advantages and disadvantages of using word processors
Advantages
- Various documents can be made using word processors
- Due to the use of word processors, various documents can be presented beautifully
- The document can be saved and used at any time as per the requirement
- Due to the use of Word processor, it is not necessary to create documents by handwriting
Disadvantages
- If there is a possibility of losing a document if there is a crash on the hard disk
- The use of word processors has reduced the tendency of people to write
- If the use of technology is not known properly or there is a problem due to technical errors, then any problem may arise.
