Life Can Change

The wind blew
out of the sea,
stirring thoughts
and memories

Clouds
drifted in the sky silently;
a fishing boat,
at a distance,
danced upon the
bouncy waves; It
was just another
day

Drops
of rain like
tear drops fell;
between a ripple
and a wave, a gentle
breeze and a full gale;
clouds hovered and
covered the mind again

Faces
from the past,
voices seldom heard
all merged and mingled
in the falling rain

Time
stood still
In one eternal
moment like a lull
before the storm

Life,
once lived
in a box, safe
and secured, could
not have lived forever
enclosed

There
comes a time,
when you are set
free to be the one
you always wanted
to be
