I have had dozens of furry, hooved, feathered and even scaly companions in my life and you have summed up perfectly how I have felt about each and every one of them when their time came to pass on. If it is true that they will be waiting for me when it is my turn to leave this earth, then I will have a raucous reunion indeed! Thank you for a lovely post!
