My 'Mother's day' celebration and some thoughts.

There is a saying in my native language, "The whole world will ask you about your earning or achievement, but only your Mom will ask if you are okay or not." We all may agree with this and realize this through our life. This is what Mom is- unconditional love.
It was Mother's Day and I was feeling really exited. Though I am staying away from my Mom, she lives in a different city but I have send her a gift for this day. It sometimes feel bad to stay away from her, but it's our busy life which can not let us to stay together. I try to meet her five times a year and she sometimes visits me too.
Another reason of my excitement was it's been two years I became a Mom. It's impossible to express in a few word how it actually feels to be a Mom. Being a Mom means so many things. Before I was a mom, mother means to me love, happiness and support. But now I understand how much responsibilities attached with this.
It's really a tough job to teach our kids values, ethics, how to deal with the world and everything else. Yeah, teaching them daily activities is also tough enough, but they got it eventually. And another thing, I feel really hard for us- 'new mom' to manage quality time for our child and balancing between work and personal life. Kids needs lots of time, attention and love. This is our responsibility to make them feel loved in every aspects of life.
Additionally as a Mom of a son, I always feel the necessity to teach him how to behave with woman and respect them. I think this is a huge responsibility. As he is also learning things from his surrounding. And who knows what is he gonna learn! This sometimes make me feel worried.
I can understand the comfort zone of a girl child, what she may want or not; but I really feel it tough to find out what my son may need and what way I should teach him and what path I should choose to teach him properly. I am still exploring and trying my best to help him grow as a good human.
Being a Mom means lots of responsibilities to me now a days.

I celebrated by buying some great steem moms some steem basic income shares as a small permanent tribute.
Happy belated and those are some strong words of support for the noble moms. I am lucky enough to be sitting across from my mom right now. Lovely

I'm mom to three, who are now all adults (19, 21, & 24) but at the moment are all still living at home, so we had a very low key & relaxing day together, full of good food and lots of laughter.
I think that just the fact that you're concerned about teaching your son the "right" way means that you're going to succeed in raising a remarkable young man. You're obviously a good person with a big heart, so he is sure to follow in your footsteps.
