More About Steemshelves
Just like real bookshelves, Steemshelves is a place to index and store your best work, and get custom URLs for your author page and each series you add. This is a great tool for Steemit bloggers who post a lot of serial work, particularly fiction authors or informational writers. @v4vapid offers the excellent suggestion of using your Author Page URL as your website link on Steemit if you don't have an actual site. I think that's an excellent idea!

This is super cool it can chamge steemit for the better. Mybwifw writes stories on here she is good at it. But she never gets votes. I need to boost her up somehow

I am now working overtime so she can focus on her learning and writing and things and the baby!!

Did I misunderstand something or is it actually 2 SBD for every item I want to put on my author bookshelf? Seems a bit pricey to me, or is it assuming that people doing this will have already earned much more than 2 SBD from each item they want to "shelve"?
It's 2 SBD per link. We do have an introductory offer running, but ordinarily people don't use the Shelves for great quantities of links. They put their best stuff here. It's a showcase, not really storage. So if a series has 10 installments, it's 20 SBD.
