Column: Report presentation primary school

For a whole year, children at school do their best to achieve good results. Sometimes teachers and parents have to make some adjustments, but in general the children are doing quite well.

And then the end of the school year comes into view. Parents' conversations take place between teacher and parents and the reports are discussed. Will the child move to the next class? Does it need extra help? Should the child repeat the year?

Exciting times!!

Of course, the children themselves are also ready for a well-deserved vacation. They have had to prove themselves throughout the year. And parents have done their best to accompany their child with homework, getting to school on time and everything else that goes with it.

Then, in my view, it is not well thought out to organize a report presentation as the last event. Early in the evening while the children are exhausted, the teachers also want to stay home and the parents do not feel like rushing to a cold gym to attend an official presentation of a report.

Give the children in the class their report and wish them a nice holiday. In any case, you do the parents a lot of fun with that.
