How to Be Happy?
All of us know that, we are not always happy, everybody have to undergo hard times, stress and anxious about something. In general, we are not different from each other when we are in that situation. So how can we overcome depression and sadness? In this blog, I would like to share with you my very own experience on how to be happy.
First thing to do is if you want to be happy, you must do something that makes you feel relax and joyful. Pretty straight forward, right? For example: swimming, lifting weights, running, play online games, sleeping, drinking milk tea, dancing, etc. Other than the things I have listed above, you can hang out with your friends, spend time with people that makes you feel comfortable.
There is one more thing I love to do when I am in difficult time is listening to 90's songs especially Backstreet Boys. This type of music remind me of my childhood, I was very carefree, happy and fearless, so when I listen to this type of music again, I feel like all of that emotions return to me.
And lastly, you should watch movies. Because when watching a movie, you will take on the role of the character in the movie and temporarily forget about your sadness and heavy heart.
Those are everything I do when I want myself to be happy, I hope all of my tips and tricks will help you dealing with difficult times in one way or another. Willie Nelson once said, "Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you'll start having positive results."
