Very true. Sometimes the aura of your Co workers helps make work easier for you. In the basic school that I completed, I found out that most students were very serious and the level of seriousness was common among smaller group members. The same applies to non serious student groups. Its almost seem as if it has been shared among them. The famous proverb says 'show me your friend and I will show you your character' is very true
