--> When is the best time to post on Steemit? <--
Today, I read a post about the same topic as my headline concerns.
"What a strange question", I said to myself. To me it was obvious that it was the time you felt like doing so. Seize the moment, you know?
Approximately a nanosecond later, it hit me that, of course, it (the question of the post) was regarding monetary gains - raise your hand if you're on steemit to earn money?
Blockchain technology can, should, and will be, much more than another Klondyke goldrush - so let's stop working towards that. It seems to me that, that very same mentality, being greedy, is what, initailly, got us in this mess.
Surely, you can do surveys that show at what time the majority people are online, interested in blockchain tech, or weither Valentines Day is a good day sell chocolate. In other words; polls can be, and have been, manipulated throughout time.

However, the Sun is shining, the birds are chipping and singing.
Everything that relates to summertime, in the seasons of the Northern Hemisphere, unfolds these days - and I love it.
Let's be our best version, and strive to lift and help others do the same.

It's true. Considering that the community is an international one, there is the time difference to keep in mind when posting. We should definitly think about when the best time is to post and do it while people are awake and active and not asleep. And as much as people are looking for money or not - either way people want others to read their posts.. The Steemit community is a nice way to find like-minded people and connect across borders. 😊

My point was, merely, that a platform like this shares valuable information, and that should be at the core of user activity - not profitting.
However; since we live in a world with a 24hour time-zone (Greenwich Mean Time), we, as authors of our posts, should probably be more attentive when it comes to tips and tricks on exposure of our writings.
Do you care to share which hours work the best for you regarding post efficiency?

I am still new, so I haven't done that much research on it yet.
And I totally agree - money shouldn't be the first reason to do it. It's a nice bonus though. 😃

Money is a tool in my opinion, and it can be used in many ways - first of all as an exchange.
