PLAoC should have japanese help units

those poor people... they seriously need help... earthquake, tsunami, volcano, typhoons, flooding...

I know they are accustomed to their islands.

but I think even if they refuse, to always propose to help them...

and it is always a good way to train those rescue teams...

and who knows... japan isn't that far... meaning... it could happen in china...

and would be always nice to get help, specially if trust relation have been established.

we can't change the past, but we can make the future, a better one, free from the interference, manipulations and deceits of the fallen west.
