Kipu Life raises over $100 at yoga & mindfulness event in the United States
Last Wednesday Kipu Life hosted our first fund raiser in the United States. The event was led by Laura of Laura Valerie Yoga, an experienced and dedicated instructor, a beautiful soul with incredible energy. We raised over $100 dollars…. 105 to be exact.
Once again, we would like to thank all the wonderful people who attended this beautiful event. Here are some pictures from our gathering!
Yoga of 12-Step Recovery (Y12SR) combines the wisdom of Yoga with the practical tools of the 12 Steps. This is an open 12-Step meeting with a donation based yoga & meditation practice. A vital part of recovery is connection to healthy community! Here you will find that and so much more! Yoga offers mindfulness tools and breathing & movement techniques that:

- Increase focus, relaxation and overall well-being
- Build strength & flexibility
- Feel more connected and at ease within yourself
