As I flopped into my back bends and struggled as always, to get my leg behind my head, a teacher mentioned to me after class “Kopotasana represents saying yes in your life and eka pada sirsasana represents learning to say no”

These words rand so true for me.

The magic of a Mysore practice, does it run parallel to life or does it shape your life ?
