even if you think you're too old, too fat, too out of shape, too weak or inflexible - that's not the point
Inflexible, that is one of the reasons I haven't decide to start doing yoga, but I constantly see people saying how good it is, maybe I should just give it a try and do it for once.
Oh that's crazy - it really isn't about needing to be flexible to START - that's like saying you're too dirty to take a shower! Plus, yoga is also about strength, mental clarity and lots of subtle body stuff too - bones, joints, blood, lymph, cartilage and energy flows - you should definitely start xxxXX
