Yoga In Nature - Fox Trot Yoga 'Unleash Your Potential'

This was my first yoga video ever! Filmed 4 years ago while on my first road trip with @mickeybeaves! Who would have known that would be the start of many more adventures to come! We filmed this on top of Mount Evans in Colorado just outside of Denver, at our campground about an hour west, in Sedona, AZ, and in Albuquerque, NM. The views are stunning and it was so much fun to shoot!
