you look great lady! thanks for demonstrating these poses for us and even using their fancy names! ;) i love how you're stretching and breathing into it and showing that mirror to us which encourages me to do the same! i talk too much about how i need to do more yoga, but don't make space for it. <3 i always feel better after i practice it though!! breeeeeeathe (and smile! lol where is Jamie?) :D
You could build your own yoga room!! Jamie was out getting water, and we were on the second floor so as he was walking up path and coming up stairs he could just here this 'smile!!' and was like, wtf??? Funny. Thanks for your lovely comment @mountainjewel xx
