Yoga : Redo alive yourself

Shavasana is also known as the posture of corpse. It is a completely conscious posture whose purpose is to awaken itself, but with procrastination. Sanskrit word Shav means corpse. This posture looks like a sleeping posture, but it requires concentration in every part of the body.

Shavasana

Method : Lie down on the back. Keep your hands on the ground far away from the body. Your palm should be half open and its stance should be towards the sky. Now close your eyes and lie down like a dead body. Focus on your respiration. Then take your meditation towards your body and try to feel every part mentally. Start with a toe and slowly move your head.By doing so, all of your organs will be very relieved and your body will move in the relaxed posture. After some time bring your attention towards the Ajan Chakra and try to focus internally on it. Focus on your respiration by practicing this exercise for a while. Breathe deeply and leave. Imagine as if your body is reviving. After this, shake your feet and hands fingers. Then rub both palms of hands with each other until it becomes hot with friction. Now keep it on your eyes and sit in meditation mode. After some time turn to the left and then get out of this state.

Benefits : This exercise provides relief from physical and mental fatigue. Your revived body and mind makes you feel happy and satisfied. It also relieves problems like depression, stress, anxiety, insomnia and weakness of the nervous system. Concentration and mental stability are even better with this yoga.
