Simple & Clean I haven't been able to get into the mantra of Yoga, because it feels like an exercise and it works my muscles get worked more than any bench press or squat.

Sort:  

Yeah, yoga can do miracles. Carrying weights in gym can help you build muscles but with Yoga one has to balance and carry their own weight, which is more difficult than working out in gym.
